Jennifer is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor practicing in Redmond, WA and the surrounding communities.

She has provided counseling to clients since 2008 and has experience with a wide range of mental health and behavioral disorders in a variety of treatment settings. Although Jennifer's specialty is in the area of trauma (Posttraumatic Stress Disorder), she feels confident in treating patients with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, psychotic disorders, co-occurring disorders, gender issues, adjustment disorders, and grief/loss.


Jennifer utilizes a blend of treatment approaches based on the individual client's need with primary approaches being Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution-Focused, and Reality Therapy. She believes that developing a strong therapeutic alliance with her clients is essential in facilitating change and often integrates humor and creativity into her sessions. Jennifer provides treatment both in-person and virtually.
