Amy's Approach
Are you feeling stuck? Are you having trouble in school or with parenting? Or are you in a relationship that you can’t quite navigate? I am here to help. As a licensed mental health therapist, a student of human behavior and a parent myself I have the experience to support you in areas of life that are challenging.
In our busy lives, I think it’s invaluable to have someone to talk to. I believe in our human capacity for discovery, self-reflection and growth. Life can be difficult and painful at times. It can be like treading water. This is fine for a time, but buoyancy creates the ability to rest when you need it. Let’s create a life boat together and steer towards buoyancy.
