Allison is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing counseling for clients in Redmond, WA and the surrounding communities. 

 

Allison has provided individual, couples, family, and group therapy for a range of ages (children, adolescents, adults, and older adults) for over seven years and has worked in outpatient treatment centers, non-profit community mental health, high schools, intensive outpatient programs, and partial hospitalization programs. 

 

Allison is passionate about collaborating with individuals in the recovery process and empowering them to take steps towards healing by utilizing their inherent wisdom and strengths.

 

She approaches treatment from a person-centered, integrative approach, which combines techniques and interventions from different theoretical approaches, depending on individual needs. Allison also works through a systemic lens, considering context and the role that relationships, attachment, history, religion, culture and environment have in the healing process.

Allison White is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with the State of Washington. Allison earned a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Seattle University, a Masters of Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California, and a Graduate Certificate in Chemical Dependency Counseling from City University of Seattle.
